with celebrity chefs in four star hotels in New York City, for all pro
football player Rod Woodson in Pittsburgh Pa., as Chef De Cuisine for
Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, opened various restaurants around the
country with famed Myriad Restaurant Group and Chef Michel Nischan of
N.Y.C. also Designed menus for Politicians and dignitaries in Washington
D.C. along with a month cooking in New Orleans during recovery efforts
after Katrina.
